Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •. Patients who have undergoing type \-1 Tympanoplasty for Chronic otitis media mucosal disease at Sir. T hospital, Bhavnagar during the data collection period November 2022 to June 2023\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Cholesteatoma on otoscopic and microscopic examination, middle ear ossicular necrosis found intraoperatively
- •2\. Pre operative sensory neural hearing loss
- •3\. patients with systemic illness like Diabetes, Hypertension , Thyroid disorder, Immunosuppressive disease by clinical history
- •4\. \>1year duration of discharge
- •5\. patients who give negative consent for taking part in study
