1 Malignant Head and neck cancer patients who are hospitalized and receiving radiation therapy
2 Patients undergoing radiation therapy in first time during their life time
3 VAS score of Fatigue >4
4 No significant cognitive deficit(mini-mental state examination score >25)
5 Patients undergoing regular pharmacological medications
1 Uncooperative patient
2 Patients with unstable vitals
3 Patients having a visual deficit
4 Patients having an auditory deficit
5 Patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment
6 Patients undergoing combination of chemotherapy and radiation therapy
7 Any cause of fatigue disturbances other than head and neck cancers
