Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Gestational age \>28 weeks
- •Antenatal cases like severe anemia, severe PET, APH,Pre eclampsia, eclampsia
- •Intranatal cases like malpresentation, obstructed labor,cord prolapse,scar dehiscence, rupture uterus
Exclusion Criteria
- •All antenatal , postpartum and gynaecological cases which are not emergencies
- •Surgical complications associated with pregnancy
