Inclusion Criteria
Age 18 years or older
- Exploratory laparotomy patients under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients diagnosed with chronic respiratory diseases (e.g., COPD, asthma, IPD) before surgery
- Patients with preoperative FEV1/FVC values ??of 70% or less
- Patients with thoracic organs involved
- Patients on ventilator support after surgery
- Hemodynamically unstable patients
