Inclusion Criteria

1.Thai military men over the age of 20
2.Signs and symptoms of gonococcal urethritis and positive urethral discharge gram stain for gonorrhea
3.Accept to join the research study

Exclusion Criteria

1.Previous treatment with Cephalosporins Macrolide or Tetracycline antibiotics in last 2 weeks
2.Denied or withdraw from research study
3.Deafness or blindness
