Inclusion Criteria
(1) Patients undergoing esophageal iodine staining in our hospital;<br>(2) All anesthesia methods were intravenous anesthesia;<br>(3) Age 18-65 years old, have basic capacity for civil conduct;<br>(4) Clear postoperative consciousness and unconsciousness disorder;<br>(5) Body mass index (BMI)18.5-28kg/m2<br>(6) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I - III.
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Patients with a full stomach<br>(2) Patients with neck trauma and severe cervical spondylosis<br>(3) Patients who are allergic to iodine or general anesthetics;<br>(4) Refuse to sign the informed consent
