Inclusion Criteria
All neonates less than and equal to 34 weeks post menstrual age requiring PRBC transfusion within 40 weeks corrected post menstrual age
Exclusion Criteria
1.Major congenital anomaly
2.Congenital or acquired gastrointestinal anomaly
3.Episode of transfusion in which baby not on enteral feed at the time of transfusion due to other co-morbidities
4.Pre-existing Necrotising enterocolitis
