入选标准
- •1.pregnant female > 18 years
- •diagnosed to have placenta previa or low lying placenta previa
- •2.gestational age between 28-34 weeks
- •3.hemodynamically stable and planned for conservative management.
排除标准
- •1.multiple pregnancies
- •2.uterine malformations
- •3.placenta acreta
- •4. iud of fetus
- •5. women already on im inj 17 oh- progesterone at time of recruitment
- •delivery required due to other causes such as htn, growth restriction
