Inclusion Criteria
1) Any gender
2) Any age range 21 and 50
3) Patient in a raw experiencing the primary symptoms of abdominal pain, flatulence, alterated bowel habit, change in frequency of bowel
4) individuals who exhibit the following symptoms: Mandagni and Mrudu Kosht
Exclusion Criteria
1) the participant lack of consent to continue their participation in study
2) Identification of any known gastrointestinal condition such as cancer hepatic failure IBD and renal insuffieucency
3) Patient incapacity to complete all study phases ,age under 18
4) pregnent women,
5) chronic history of medication
