Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult elective cardiac surgical patients
- •Age group of 18\-70 years
- •All cardiac surgeries requiring radial artery cannulation
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with
- •Negative Allenâ??s test
- •Patients with EF less than 40%
- •Ulnar artery occlusion
- •Atherosclerotic vascular disease
- •Cardiogenic Shock
- •Morbid obesity
- •Raynaudâ??s disease
- •Peripheral vascular disease
- •Coagulation disorders
