Inclusion Criteria

1.ASA physical status I or II 2.Age more than or equal 18 years old 3.Singleton baby 4.Term pregnancy (GA more than or equal 37 weeks)

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pre gestational or gestational hypertension 2. Cardiovascular disease 3. Cerebrovascular disease 4. Obstetric complications (eg. abruptio placenta , placenta previa) 5. Known abnormal fetus 6. History use of monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or other drugs that prolong heart conduction 7. Other medications except spinal bupivacaine and spinal morphine before baby delivery
