All the nursing staff, medical officers of casualty and the junior residents posted in casualty during our study period will be included in this study
Exclusion Criteria
those who refuse to take part in the study

Name Time Method Comparison of the following in the pre training and post training mock drills: <br/ ><br>Primary outcome measures: <br/ ><br>1.time taken from call for help to initiation of chest compression <br/ ><br>2.chest compression fraction <br/ ><br>Timepoint: pre-training mock drill <br/ ><br>( approximately a week prior to the planned training) <br/ ><br>post-training mockdrill ( approximately one month after the training) <br/ ><br>
