Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1)Patients willing to undergo orthodontic treatment.
- •2)Full permanent dentition excluding the third molars
- •3)Good general health with no co-morbidities
Exclusion Criteria
- •1)Systemic diseases, including chronic or metabolic diseases
- •2)Pregnant and lactating women
- •3)Congenital craniofacial deformity and syndromes, including cleft lip and palate
- •4)History of antibiotic or anti-inflammatory drug therapy in the past 7 days.
