Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. At least 40 years of age
- •2\. Have the ability to perform lower\- and upper\-body exercises
- •3\. Commit to exercise 2\-3 times per week (experimental group only)
- •4\. Free from overt neurologic disease or injury
Exclusion Criteria
- •Overt neurologic disease or inability to ambulate safely without assistance
