Inclusion Criteria
1. At least 40 years of age
2. Have the ability to perform lower- and upper-body exercises
3. Commit to exercise 2-3 times per week (experimental group only)
4. Free from overt neurologic disease or injury
Exclusion Criteria
Overt neurologic disease or inability to ambulate safely without assistance
