•1.Meeting the IBS-D Rome IV diagnostic criteria.
•2.Age range between 18-55 years old, disease course more than 6 months, right-handed;
•3.Baseline IBS-SSS was more than 75;
•4.Neither receiveing medication for at least 2 weeks nor receiveing other acupuncture treatments in the past 3 months before taking part in this projject;
•5.Volunteer to participate in this research project and sign informed consent;
•6.No metal substances in vivo.

•1.Other subtypes that meeting Rome IV diagnostic criteria;
•2.Those who with organic intestinal diseases, hyperthyroidism, diabetes and other systemic diseases that affect the motility of the gastrointestinal tract; gastrointestinal surgery history;
•3.Taking drugs,acupuncture or other treatments that may affect gastrointestinal function and intervention effectiveness;
•4.With cardia-cerebrovascular disease , systemic diseases such as liver, lung, kidney, and mental and psychological diseases, or with mental and psychological diseases;
•5.During pregnancy, lactation or within 1 year of childbirth;
•6.People with severe fear of needles, metal allergy or allergies; claustrophobia, living implants (such as cochlear implants, vascular clips, etc.), and cardiac pacemakers;
•7.Poor compliance; participating in other research projects.
