1.Hollow instruments (outer sheath), suction irrigation used in laparoscopic surgery take more than or equal to 1 hour from the time the knife is inserted until the skin is sewn closed at the gynecology surgery unit. 2.Collect information about diseases, procedures, operative time and blood loss in Gynecology patients that have been performed with laparoscopic surgery that takes 1 hour or more from medical records.
