this research study about effectiveness compare between invent cleaning machine and ultrasonic cleaning machine. Increasing number of laparoscopic surgery worldwide including Thailand. Turnover rate of reusable instrument was a challenge. The standard washer such as Ultrasonic machine is high cost. The food grade washing machine, cheaper and effectiveness was invent for overcome this problem.

Inclusion Criteria

1.Hollow instruments (outer sheath), suction irrigation used in laparoscopic surgery take more than or equal to 1 hour from the time the knife is inserted until the skin is sewn closed at the gynecology surgery unit. 2.Collect information about diseases, procedures, operative time and blood loss in Gynecology patients that have been performed with laparoscopic surgery that takes 1 hour or more from medical records. Obstetrics - Gynecology Nursing, Nursing Department Siriraj Hospital Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital Mahidol University

Exclusion Criteria

1. Tools are for single use and then discarded.
2. Solid tools with no hollow holes.
3. Lost and contaminated tools
4. Used and damaged tools cannot be used for connection.

1.Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) value (RLU) date of cleaning The cleanliness value of the tools after washing (ATP value) was compared between the group that was washed with a homemade machine and the group that was washed with an ultrasonic machine.
