- •Morbidly obese patients with fatty liver detected clinically or by radilogical studies willing to participate in the trial after written and informed consent
- •Morbid Obesity being defined as those with BMI >40 or those with BMI >35 with obesity related comorbid illness
排除标准
- •Patients having significant alcohol intake
- •, chronic viral infection of liver,
- •metabolic diseases affecting liver
- •or exposure to hepatotoxic drugs and
- •those who are not willing to undergo a repeat liver biopsy
