- •[Healthy group]
- •1) Agreement to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form
- •2) Men and women aged 40 years or older
- •3) Non-smokers
- •4) Subjects with a normal range of BMI and body fat perentage
- •[High-risk group]
- •1) Agreement to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form
- •2) Men and women aged 40 years or older
- •3) Smokers
- •4) Subjects with a BMI and body fat percentage above overweight range
- •5) Subjects with a Recommended Food Score below the middle range
排除标准
- •1) Subjects with the following diseases: Chronic inflammatory diseases, diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, etc.
- •2) Continued use of health functiona food or medicines or oriental medicines
- •3) a heavy drinker
- •4) Blood donation more than 500 mL within 3 months before the first visit
- •5) Participation in another clinical study within 1 month before the first visit
- •6) Pregnant or lactating women, or women planning to be pregnant
- •7) Hypersensitivity to the ingredients contained in the test·control food or experience of severe food allergic reactions
- •8) Any condition that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate in this study
