Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Antenatal mothers who
•\- Were in the age group between 21 and 35 years with 22\-24 weeks of gestation till delivery.
•\- Were primigravida \& multigravida
•\- Have the hemoglobin level above 7g/dl to less than 10\.9g/dl (WHO)
•\- Availability of mothers during the study period

Exclusion Criteria

•Antenatal mothers who
•\- Have high risk pregnancy including gestation diabetic mellitus \& hypertension.
•\- Mothers experience any co\-morbid illness.
•\- Is not willing to participate in the study
•\- Are receiving any other alternative therapy
