Inclusion Criteria

Antenatal mothers who

- Were in the age group between 21 and 35 years with 22-24 weeks of gestation till delivery.

- Were primigravida & multigravida

- Have the hemoglobin level above 7g/dl to less than 10.9g/dl (WHO)

- Availability of mothers during the study period

Exclusion Criteria

Antenatal mothers who

- Have high risk pregnancy including gestation diabetic mellitus & hypertension.

- Mothers experience any co-morbid illness.

- Is not willing to participate in the study

- Are receiving any other alternative therapy

Primary Outcome Measures

Through Integrated Therapeutic Approach (ITA) Anemia, stress, anxiety will be reduced among Antenatal mothers.Timepoint: Integrated Therapeutic Approach (ITA) will be carried out for 100 days after that the level of Hb, Stress and Anxiety among Antenatal mothers will be assessed.
