- •1\.Private schools in urban Puducherry providing co\-education
- •2\.Schools which have at least up to V standard
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Children with pre\-existing Heart disease and Type I Diabetes Mellitus
- •2\.Children with known back or joint problem which may be made worse by increasing physical activity levels
