Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Boc orthopaedic patients undergoing elective hip surgery surgical patients;
- •2\. Gender not limited;
- •3\. Aged 60\-90 years;
- •4\. ASA I \- III level;
- •5\. Understand and volunteer to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with unclear consciousness or mental disorders, communication disorders;
- •2\. Patients with combined heart, lung, liver, kidney functions and severe primary diseases of the hematopoietic system; 3\. Patients with allergies to any drugs in the study;
- •4\. Patients with abnormal coagulation function;
- •5\. Spinal anesthesia contraindication patients.
