Inclusion Criteria :1- Patient admitted to hospital due to injuries for the first time 2- ability to read and write 3- comfort disturbing sickness absence 4- Patient awareness of time, place and person 5- The absence of mental illness 6-Ability to understand Persian conversation 7- Age over 18 years 8-Stay at least 4 hours in the emergency 9-Not taking psychotropic drugs 10-Being Muslim 11-Triage Level 3
1- The patient will need immediate surgery 2- Loss of consciousness 3-Discharge during the study with personal satisfaction 4-Lack of patient cooperation in data collection

Name Time Method Comfort. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Eleven Likert scale score of comfort(0-10) Before intervention and Verbal Rating Scale comfort Kolcaba after intervention.
