- •2. Either sexes (male/female).
- •3. Age between 20-60 yrs.
- •4. Upper limb surgeries.
排除标准
- •1. Unwillingness of patient.
- •2. American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status III, IV and V patients.
- •3. Sepsis at the site of injection.
- •4. Presence of coagulopathies.
- •5. Hypersensitivity to bupivacaine, Dexmedetomidine drugs.
