  • •\- patients with type 2 diabetes that take part in the DMP
  • •\- Enlightenment and presence of a written consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- missing consent
  • •\- patents that are suffering from diabetes, but are not enrolled in the DMP
  • •\- Patients that sickened from Covid\-19
