Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Men of age 50 to 70 years diagnosed with BPH and mild to moderate IPSS score on alpha blocker at\-least for 2 weeks, willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Men with LUTS due to other neurological or psy\-chiatric disorders, urethral stricture, urinary reten\-tion due to BPH, recurrent UTI, prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy, history of surgery for BPH, arthritis, pulmonary dysfunction, renal disease, known cardiac patients, on combination therapy with 5 alpha reductase inhibitors those who regular\-ly practice yoga or exercise will be excluded.
