Inclusion Criteria
- •Male Collegiate Cricket Players,
- •Age : 18 â?? 25 years,
- •BMI : 19 to 24\.9 kg/m2,
- •Players who are willing to participate,
- •Players who are playing for greater than 12 hours per week.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any Neurological Impairment,
- •Any history of Musculoskeletal injury,
- •Any surgical history within the last 12 months,
- •Any history of cardiovascular disorders.
