Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.professional female Bharatanatyam dancers
  • •with different geographical location.
  • •2\. Female Bharatanatyam dancers between the age 18 – 30 years practicing at dance institutes
  • •3\. able to understand questions in English as survey language is written in English were recruited.
  • •4\.Dancers with back pain and stress urinary incontinence is enrolled

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Bharatanatyam dancers below age 18 and above 30 yr old,
  • •2\.not able to understand English as the form is online
  • •3\.dancers with other than back pain and stress urinary incontinence is recruited.
