Inclusion Criteria
1. Clinically and/or radiologically diagnosed patients of primary dysmenorrhea both unmarried and married between the age group of 13-38 years.
2. Patients with regular painful menstrual cycles i.e. 21-35 days with one or more associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting, low backache, diarrhea, fatigue.
3. Pain associated with dysmenorrhea not less than 5 on Visual Analogue Scale.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with organic pathologies like endometriosis, uterine polyp or PID.
•H/o of hormonal treatment (OCPs) within last two months.
2. Any coexisting severe systemic disease.
