Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Being over 60 years old; under 90 years old; both sexes; being residents of the city of Sacramento / MG; consenting to participate in the research by signing the consent form
Exclusion Criteria
- •Elderly people with severe lower limb dysfunction; associated neurological diseases; individuals with visual changes without corrections or that make it impossible to see; musculoskeletal disorders that make it impossible to execute the proposed protocol; disorders of biomechanics; severe cognitive disorders
