Inclusion Criteria
Age >= 18 years and <= 65 years
American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grading I and II.
Posted electively for FESS surgery, spine surgery and maxillectomy surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
Hypertriglyceridemia
Alcohol, opium dependence or drug abuse.
Use of beta adrenergic receptor blockers or alpha adrenergic receptor agonists.
Uncontrolled hypertension.
Refusal to participate in study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method MAP will be monitored during the procedure to compare the efficacy of TCI and MCI in hypotensive anaesthesia.Timepoint: After starting TIVA, MAP will be monitored after 5 min,30 min,60 min,120 min, 180 min
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Preop, postop invasive Hb, Intraoperative non invasive Hb will be monitored to compare the efficacy of TCI and MCI in hypotensive anaesthesia.Timepoint: Before and after surgery.;Pulse rate, SBP,,DBP and BIS will be monitored to compare the efficacy of TCI and MCI on hemodynamic parameters.Timepoint: After starting TIVA, Pulse rate, SBP,,DBP and BIS will be monitored after 5 min,30 min,60 min,120 min, 180 min;Total amount of propofol used will be calculated to compare the amount of drug used in TCI and MCI.Timepoint: At the end of surgery.
