Inclusion Criteria

pregnant women who have preterm labor at 25-34 weeks of gestation and delivery at Phramongkutklao Hospital

Exclusion Criteria

pregnant women who have multiple gestations, prenatal diagnosis of fetal major congenital anomalies, a plan to withhold neonatal resuscitation, placental previa or abruption with active bleeding, and those who refuse to participate in the study. The pregnant women are also excluded if the obstetrician denies performing the procedures in the study
