Inclusion Criteria

Minimum qualification – Minimum 10 years of standard education

Duration of illness less than 1 year.

Exclusion Criteria

History of neuropsychiatric illness

History of Addiction (Except Caffeine, Nicotine and occasional Alcohol intake)

History of any chronic disease that could result in inability to do perform yoga or to perform the cognitive function testing

Major Medical Illness needing primary management.

History of drug that could result in impaired cognition

•Improvement in all parameters of autonomic and cognitive functions. <br/ ><br>•This research proposal will open the use of short term meditation protocol Kirtan Kriya as add on therapy in stressed individual for improvement of cardiac autonomic and cognitive functions. <br/ ><br>•If the beneficial effects are found on cardiac autonomic response it also opens the scope for future research of Kirtan Kriya in declining risk or as life style modification for stress induced disease – Hypertension, diabetes, etc. <br/ ><br>•It can be introduced as stress reliever tool for reducing stress in all domains of health conditions. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 4th and 8th from baseline
