Nurses working at emergency, CCU or ICU wards.
Having a minimum 6-month work experience in the relevant ward
Having satisfaction with the participation in the research study (safe transfer of patients educational courses)
Critically ill patients who need an intra-hospital transfer for diagnostic or therapeutic examination according to the physician's order, and obtain a minimum score of 14 or more from the checklist of transfer risk.
Patient accompaniment by the nurse during intra-hospital transfer
Participation in the courses on how to transfer critically ill patients during the last six months
Patient accompaniment by a medical doctor (resident in training) during intra-hospital transfer
