1)Patients with increased overbite (3-5mm)
2)Mild skeletal discrepancy assessed by patient profile
3)No missing or extracted teeth in the lower arch except for third molars
4)Patients whose treatment plan did not include extraction of lower teeth and/or any extrusive mechanics
5)Patients with horizontal to average growth pattern
1) Patients with an overjet where the placement of anterior bite turbos were not feasible (not more
than 6 mm)
2) Partially erupted or unerupted lower permanent second molars
3) Previous orthodontic treatment
4) Poor oral hygiene
5) Periodontally compromised teeth.
