Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients in the massage clinic or ward of Yueyang integrated Chinese and Western Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of traditional Chinese medicine, after routine diagnosis and treatment by massage doctors, identified that they need to be treated by lumbar oblique pulling method, both male and female;
2. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Congenital spinal diseases;
2. Patients with extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation;
3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney function damage, blood and respiratory system diseases and severe mental diseases;
4. Patients with liver disease, AIDS and other infectious diseases and severe trauma who have not recovered;
5. Patients with severe digestive system diseases and severe malnutrition;
6. Suffering from other major diseases or not suitable for manual treatment, acute trauma, etc.
