Inclusion Criteria
9 to 13 years of age; right hand dominance; corrected-to or normal vision; no regular engagement (=1/week) in martial arts within 3 months prior to the intervention
Exclusion Criteria
receive special educational services related to cognitive impairments or attentional disorders; report color blindness; undergo pharmacotherapy for any mental disorder; report any medical condition, which poses an increased health risk during exercise activities
