Patients who will receive total knee arthroplasty because of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee between 55 years old and 84 years old
- Patients who agree with this study after sufficient explanation about this study
Patients who
- did not resurface the patella component
- diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis
- diagnosed posttraumatic osteoarthritis
- diagnosed osteonecrotic osteoarthritis
- had joint stiffness
- had recurrent patella dislocation
- had very severe valgus deformity of the knee
- had thin patella(<20mm)
- did lateral release in total knee arthroplasty
- had history of infected arthritis
- did total knee arthroplasty by using bone graft, block, stem because of severe joint destruction and deformation
