Must present with diagnostic criteria of an active hamstring muscle trigger point
Exclusion Criteria
Contraindications to soft tissue massage
Hamstring muscle tears
Contraindications to ischaemic compression
Participants using any conventional medical treatment - analgesics, anti-inflammatories etc
