Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)50 years old or older every patient those have femur fracture
  • \-this include femur neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, subtrochanteric fracture
  • 2\) These patient had surgery of biopolar hemiarthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty, open reduction and internal fixation.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) After 3month of operation those cannot walk
  • 2\) a decline in cognitive ability
