- •ASA Class I, II
- •age over 18
- •using double lumen endobronchial tube
Exclusion Criteria
- •steroid medication
- •Histoty of allergic reaction to honey or other medications
- •malignancy or suspisous maligancy
- •pneumonectomy
- •Recent history of sore throat, hoarseness or URI
- •uncontrolled DM
