Inclusion Criteria
1. Obese, fertile females aged 30 to 49 years
2. The females ready to give informed consent and abide by study procedures
Exclusion Criteria
1. All patients in whom Yavagu is contraindicated.
2. Females suffering from chronic diseases like cancer, tuberculosis.
3. Calcium supplementation, Vit D, statins, any herbal/ayurvedic/nutraceutical supplements.

Name Time Method To assess the effect of Manda Peya Vilepi Pathyakalpana on hypovitaminosis D in obese females.Timepoint: Baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20 weeks and post-study follow up at 24 weeks
