- •2) Have access to mobile phone with SMS facility in Hindi.
- •3) Can read SMS
排除标准
- •1) Individuals with impaired hearing, inability to talk and severe mental retardation.
- •2) Cannot be contacted after 3 successive visits 3) Pregnant women
