1. Patients given diagnosis of Major Neurocognitive Disorder by DSM-5 Criteria who have a routine follow up at Psychiatric out patient department at Srinagarind Hospital
2. At least one of following symptoms in Neuropsychiatric Inventory (NPI) . Disinhibition, aberrant motor behavior or Appetite and Eating Behavior.
1. Patients with comorbidity of Substance use disorder, Delirium, Bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Antisocial Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
2. Patients who primarily live in nursing care or institutions.
