Brief Summary

These results indicate that the administration of eye drops of the study drug affected the activity of corneal retinal potential and also influence the expression of clock genes in hair follicle cells. Also, it is suggested that the study drug application did not affect the expression of clock genes in the topical application study.

1. Written informed consent
2. No shift work, no overseas travel during the study
3. Detection of cortisol in saliva

Exclusion Criteria

1. Steroid administration
2. Overseas travel before the study
3. Sleeping pill administration
4. Delayed sleep phase syndrome
