Inclusion Criteria
(B)Inclusion Criteria-
1)Patients between the age group of 6-12 years irrespective of gender.
2)Primarily the patients will be selected on the basis of the presence of classical symptomatology along with laboratory parameters of Pandu Roga(IDA).
3)Hemoglobin <11mg/dl.4)Only iron deficiency anemia will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Other anemia except for IDA.
2)Known cases of hemoglobinopathies especially Thalassemia.
3)Associated cardiac complaints.
4)Hemoglobin below 7.5g/dl.
5)Patients with conditions causing chronic blood loss.
ï??Defective absorption, sprue syndrome.
ï??Known cases of chronic debilitating illness like TB, Juvenile Diabetes etc.
