Inclusion Criteria
Patients with age group between 25-65 years.
Maxillary posterior edentulous sites.
Residual bone height 5-8mm
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having active sinus infection and
inflammation.
Patients undergoing radiation therapy.
Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases.
Patients having severe bruxism or clenching habit.
Patients with poor oral hygiene maintenance
