Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient of either sex fulfilling the diagnostic criteria.
2. Diagnosed cases of HIV.
3. CD4 count greater than 350cell/microl
4. Patient not having many complications or many secondary infections.
5. Patients of 16-50 years of age.
6. Good heath at the time of study entry.
7. Patients willing to participate and giving informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient having CD4 count less than 350 cells/micro l
2. Patients below 16 years and above 50 years of age group.
3. Pregnant and lactating women.
4. Patient having multiple opportunistic infections and complications like Diabetes, HTN, Asthma etc.
