1) Both gender over 20 years old
2) BMI, over 18.5 under 35
3) Patients who are under OA treatment for OSA in research facilities
4) Patients who have the results of sleep study before and after OA treatment
5) Patients who have the results of cephalo radiography without OA
6) Patients who can keep the notice for the CBCT scan
7) Patients who agree to participate in this study
1) Patients who can't adapt the oral appliance
2) Patients who can't have taken CBCT scan due to health condition
3) Patients who have congnitive and sensor impairment
4) Patients who are pregnant, under brestfeeding and have the plan fot pregnant
5) Patients who judged to be ineligible fot this study by the doctor
6) Patients who don't agree to participate in this study
